Charter Compliance Panel
The Charter Compliance Panel which began operations on 1st January 2004 is an independent audit committee charged with overseeing the work of the PCC. Its task is to examine cases selected at random to ensure that the PCC is meeting its service commitments to complainants. The panel produces a report, and recommendations, to the Commission at the end of each year, which will then be published and to which the Commission will respond.
The Charter Compliance Panel activities are currently suspended pending the outcome of the recently announced Governance Review and therefore has no current members.
