A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission on behalf of her son that audio visual footage published on The Sun�s website on 21st February had been obtained in breach of Clause 10 (Clandestine devices and subterfuge) of the Code.

A man from Weymouth complained to the Press Complaints Commission that an article headlined �Mum�s plea over organ donations� published by the Dorset Echo on 17 January 2008 was inaccurate in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) and intrusive in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Code of Practice.

Mr Paul Kirkland of Wantage complained to the PCC that an article published on the website of the Wiltshire Gazette & Herald, and an article in the Wiltshire Gazette & Herald, intruded into his mother-in-law�s privacy and into the shock of the family in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) and Clause 5 (Intrusion into grief or shock) of the Code.

Mr John Forrester complained to the Press Complaints Commission that an article published in the Sunday Mail on 12 August 2007 headlined �Sleazy sir�s sex shows� contained inaccuracies in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) and intruded into his private life in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy).
