Please note that from January 2010, the PCC will no longer be publishing biannual reports. In order to make information about complaints more easily understood, we will just publish monthly summaries of all concluded complaints. Complaints information is also included in our annual reports.

N.B: Reports prior to those which appear here are only available in hard copy, although the resolved and adjudicated decisions from all PCC reports from 1996 to date appear on this site.
