Mrs Deborah Rawlings of Glasgow, a nurse, complained that a report of a disciplinary hearing concerning allegations made against her relating to the treatment of a number of patients contained inaccuracies.

The newspaper published a clarification making clear that their report was not intended to mean that the complainant was responsible for the death of a patient or any other alleged lack of care. It also made clear that the professional conduct committee found insufficient evidence to substantiate any allegations of misconduct.

Report: 47
