Complaint:
Mr James Rothnie, Head of Public Relations for easyJet, complained that an article about an alleged near-miss involving an easyJet aircraft was misleading. He claimed there was no aborted landing and there were not over 150 passengers on the easyJet aircraft.

Resolution:
The newspaper published a letter from the Chairman of easyJet in which he said that the pilot had decided in conjunction with Air Traffic Control to go around because there was another aircraft on the runway.
