Complaint:
Mr James Rothnie, Head of Public Relations for easyJet, complained that an article about an alleged near-miss involving an easyJet aircraft was misleading.

Resolution:
The newspaper published a correction stating that the pilot had decided in conjunction with Air Traffic Control to go around when he was two miles from the runway at an altitude of 500ft.
