Complaint:
A couple complained that an article had published intrusive material about their son’s health and that they had been approached persistently by several reporters.

Resolution:
The newspaper apologised for naming the child and for causing the complainants any distress, clarified the circumstances of a news agency’s sole approach to the family, and undertook to take a number of measures to ensure that there should be no future cause for complaint.
