Mrs Diane Nash

Publication: The Sun

Mrs Diane Nash of Middlesex complained that she, her daughter and other members of her family had been harassed by a journalist from the newspaper, who was chasing a story relating to her daughter.

The matter was resolved when the newspaper made clear that it had no photographs of the complainants daughter, had no reason to publish her name in any future edition and that inquiries into the particular story had come to an end. It denied that its journalist had acted in any way improperly in his dealings with the complainant and her family.
