Mr A Richards, of Barking, complained that the newspaper printed a confidential e-mail not intended for publication and did not print his name and address alongside it.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper agreed to publish an apology for publishing the confidential e-mail and a clarification stating that the complainant has always been happy to have his name and address printed with any letter written.
