Sergeant Mark Warriner complained that an article was inaccurate and invaded his privacy when it stated that, following his service in the 1991 Gulf War, he was too worried to have children with his new wife and that the breakdown of his previous marriage was related to the death of his child.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper published a clarification and apology on the matter.
