Ms Caroline Robinson complained that pictures of her young children had been published without her consent.

The newspaper pointed out that the faces of the children had been pixelated so as to conceal their identities. However, the managing editor wrote directly to the complainant in order to express his regret that the article had caused her unhappiness and instructed the newspapers library to remove the photographs from their system.
