Dr Robbie Coull of Inverness complained that a newspaper report inaccurately suggested that GPs were paid about 11,000 a year for hitting targets for seeing patients.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper made clear that the article was referring to payment per-practice rather than per-GP, and undertook to clarify this online and by tagging its archives.
