Complainant Name:
Mr Donald Keogh

Clauses Noted: 1

Publication: The Guardian

Mr Donald Keogh of London complained that the article was misleading and inaccurate in its contention that UK citizens in Northern Cyprus had found that their title deeds were worthless.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper published a letter from the complainant, which pointed out that as no cases had been successfully tried in the UK or EU Courts no British citizens could have discovered their title deeds to be worthless.

Report: 72
