A woman from Leeds complained that the publication of a photograph of her taken with Mohammed Sidique Khan, one of the July 7th suicide bombers intruded into her privacy.

The newspaper argued that the photograph of the complainant and Khan in a teaching environment was in the public interest and made clear that it had been published previously. Although the complainant did not agree with the newspaper's position, the complaint was resolved when it gave an assurance the photograph would not be republished without the complainants face being pixelated.
