Complaint:

Ben Redfern-Edwards of HMP Frankland complained that two articles which reported the circumstances of his conviction contained inaccuracies.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper published the following correction: “Ben Redfern-Edwards, found guilty on November 11, 2005 of killing Mrs Jacqueline Ross by attacking her with a brick, was sentenced to life imprisonment although the judge ruled there was no sexual motive for the killing”.
