Mrs Gemma Smith-Lyons complained that an article about her sister Ranas murder at the hands of a stalker had contained a number of inaccuracies, for example in its claim that Rana had called her in tears, something she would not have done. The complainant was hoping to raise the profile of the problem of stalking, and help other women in similar positions realise that they could get help. However, she had been very disappointed by the coverage.

The complaint was resolved when the magazine undertook not to make the article available for syndication to other publications.
