Ms Sarah Bell of London complained that an article in Sunday magazine about her experience of being diagnosed with cancer and then becoming pregnant contained a number of inaccuracies. In addition, the complainant raised concerns under Clause 3 (Privacy) and Clause 6 (Children).

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper sent a private letter of apology to the complainant for any distress caused by its article and paid the fee which had been arranged for her involvement in the piece.
