Clauses Noted: 3, 6

Publication: Daily Mail

The television presenter Chris Tarrant complained, through Russells solicitors, that the newspaper had published two articles, based on an interview with his former wife, that contained intrusive details about him and his son in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) and 6 (Children) of the Code.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper, among other things, undertook not to republish any of the details under complaint.
