Ms Jan Woolf complained that the newspaper had published a photograph of her and identified both her and her son, thereby intruding into their privacy.

The newspaper, as a gesture of goodwill and noting that the complainant may well have been disturbed by being suddenly the centre of media attention, agreed to remove the photograph from its website. It also agreed not to republish the image.
