Mr Rory Hegarty, Deputy Director of Communications for the West London Mental Health NHS Trust, complained that a newspaper article inaccurately referred to a cell in Broadmoor. As Broadmoor is a hospital, it does not have cells.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper published the following apology:

On Sunday July 6, we published a story in which we referred to a murderer called Daniel Gonzalez killing himself in his cell at Broadmoor. It has been pointed out that Broadmoor is a hospital and does not have cells. We would like to express our apologies for any hurt caused.
