Lisa Atha of North Yorkshire complained that an article about the birth of her daughter contained inaccuracies.

The magazine accepted that the story contained inaccuracies and published the following letter from the complainant to address her concerns.

Making a splash

In Chat issue 35 you printed the story of my daughter Hollyís birth (Making a splash). I would like to make it clear that you got some of the facts wrong.

My husband Kevin didnít miss Hollyís birth, which was at my grandadís house. In fact, Kevin actually picked Holly out of the toilet, wrapped her in a towel and made sure she was breathing. Also, I was prescribed Gaviscon by the doctor, and I didnít eat dried apricots.

Iím delighted to report that Holly is doing well.
