| Complainant Name: Clauses Noted: 1 Publication: Daily Mail Complaint: Mr Glen Jenvey complained that an article about an organisation called March for England had referred to him misleadingly, suggesting that he was involved in a violent demonstration in Luton against Muslim anti-war protestors. Resolution: The complaint was resolved when the newspaper –
which made clear that the accuracy of the published information had not been
disputed – removed the text from the online version of the article, in addition
to sending the complainant a letter accepting that he did not attend the
demonstration or was involved in its organisation.
