Mr Alexander Robins, principal of Wanarn Aboriginal Community School in Western Australia, complained that the magazine was planning to publish photographs of children taken at the school without the permission of parents.

The magazine indicated that it had been acting in good faith, as it had been assured that permission had been granted. However, following contact with the community - who made clear that consent had not been given for publication of the pictures - it had replaced the photographs with stock shots. The complaint was resolved on this basis.
