A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission that a newspaper had intruded into her private life by publishing a photograph of her without first obtaining her consent.


While the newspaper did not accept that there had been any breach of the Code, the complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph from the online article.
