Hanif Raja complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had inaccurately reported that a suspicious package found at Glasgow Airport was reported also to be destined for Lahore, in Pakistan. The complainant said the passenger in question was an Indian national but was actually travelling on a domestic flight to Birmingham.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper explained that it had already published a prompt correction explaining that the flight was not destined for Lahore.
