Complainant Name:
Jude Law

Clauses Noted: 6

Publication: Grazia

Complaint:

Jude Law complained to the Press Complaints Commission through Premier PR that an article had featured a photograph of his 14-year-old son, Rafferty, without pixelation, which he considered to be in breach of Clause 6 of the Editors' Code.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the publication of the following apology: In issue No 326 of Grazia we published a picture of Rafferty Law without pixellating his face for privacy reasons, as we would ordinarily have done in similar circumstances. We apologise unreservedly for this oversight.
