Mrs Dorothy Drury, Chairman of The Pharmacists Foundation, complained to the Press Complaints Commission that, in an online article, the newspaper had incorrectly referred to a dispensary in a GP surgery as a pharmacy. She stated that, unlike in a dispensary, staff members in a pharmacy were supervised by a pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Prior to the Commission's involvement, the newspaper altered the online article to refer to a dispensary rather than a pharmacy.
