Mr Simon Oxenham

Clauses Noted: 1

Publication: The Independent

Mr Simon Oxenham complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper contained a number of inaccuracies about the drug "Mano 10". He disputed the claims of Humberside users that the drug has similar effects to heroin and amphetamines and stated it was inaccurate to say that benzodiazepine was used to treat depression.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper removed the statement that benzodiazepine was used for the treatment of depression from the online article.
