A man

Clauses Noted: 1, 3

Publication: The Sun

A man complained to the Press Complaints Commission about a published interview he had given, in which he shared his experience of having been forced into slave labour. He said that, despite him making it clear to the newspaper prior to the interview that he did not wish to be identified, it had published his name and photograph. He also complained that the article omitted any reference to his concerns about police inaction.

The matter was settled privately between the parties.
