Sarfraz Khan complained to the Press Complaints Commission, via a representative, that the newspaper had published an online court report detailing his conviction for driving a bus under the influence of drugs but had failed to publish an article making clear that he has successfully appealed the decision and was acquitted of any wrongdoing.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper updated the online article to include the outcome of the complainant's appeal.
