Mrs Judith Jones, the Head of Pembrokeshire Behaviour Support Service, complained that the newspaper had selectively quoted from a council report to present a misleadingly negative image of a pupil referral unit. She was concerned that the newspaper had incorrectly stated that the room was used for punishment and misleadingly used the phrase "padded cell" which had not appeared in the council report.

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the article from the newspaper's website and a personal letter of apology.
