Complaint:

Giles Jackson complained to the Press Complaints Commission under Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice that the newspaper had published an online article accompanied by a photograph of an anti-capitalist protester which - in his view - readers would have mistaken for him, as it was captioned with his name.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved when PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph and accompanying caption from the story.
