Paul Boseley complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had breached Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code, as it had published an article on a trial in 2007 in which he was convicted of rape but failed to report on a retrial in which he was found not guilty.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper removed the online article from its website.
