Complainant Name: Clauses Noted: 1, 3, 10 Publication: The Sun Complaint: Rebecca Morris complained to the Press Complaints Commission under Clauses 1 (Accuracy), 3 (Privacy) and 10 (Clandestine devices and subterfuge) of the Editors' Code of Practice in relation to an article that she considered to be inaccurate and which had intruded into her private life. Resolution: The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the online article. The newspaper did not consider that it had breached the Code, but removed the article from its website as a gesture of goodwill.
