Mrs Caroline Bagshaw complained to the Press Complaints Commission about the presence of reporters at her home address. The complainant considered the attendance of the reporters to have been intrusive, in breach of Clause 4 (Harassment) of the Editors' Code of Practice.


The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated a letter from the newspaper, which expressed its regret for any distress which the complainant had experienced.
