Complaint:

A man complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published a number of inaccuracies in an article relating to his family in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice. He was further concerned that the article intruded into his family's private life in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Code.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the article from the website and the newspaper wrote a letter of apology to the complainant.
