A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the magazine had published an article containing inaccurate assertions about the properties of tequila. The report made claims that the drink was "slimming" and "hangover-free", which the complainant believed to be inaccurate and misleading to readers in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice.

The complaint was resolved when the magazine removed the article from the website and revised its internal procedures to prevent similar errors arising in future.
