A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission under Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Editors' Code of Practice that the newspaper had published a photograph of her with Apprentice contestant Luisa Zissman. The complainant considered publication to be intrusive.

The matter was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph from the newspaper's website, together with a donation to a charity of the complainant's choice.
