A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published inaccurate information about her and a photograph of her in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) and Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Editors' Code of Practice.


The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph and the disputed reference to the complainant, and the newspaper made an undertaking in regard to reference to her in future coverage.
