A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission that in two articles about her ex-husband's conviction for murder, the newspaper had named her son in breach of Clause 6 (Children) and Clause 9 (Reporting of crime) of the Editors' Code of Practice.

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the child's name from the online articles.
