Ms Sarah McCulloch complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published incorrect information in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice. The article reported that a pro-cannabis protest in Hyde Park was poorly attended, which the complainant said was inaccurate.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper removed the online article and published the following correction:

"Following an article in last Monday's paper which said that a pro-cannabis protest in Hyde Park had been poorly attended because of the rain, the organisers have asked us to clarify that the event was nevertheless attended by several thousand people".
