Complaint:

A woman complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published material likely to lead to her identification as a victim of sexual assault, in a court report, in breach of Clause 11 (Victims of sexual assault) of the Editors' Code of Practice.

Resolution:

The complaint was resolved after the PCC negotiated revisions to the online article and assurance about future coverage of the proceedings.
