The PCC also hosts informal evening seminars for working journalists, which are designed to stimulate discussion about the Commission’s approach to complaints. These seminars focus on issues such as recent developments in privacy, newsgathering or how the Commission advises complaints should be resolved. Different seminars are devised for different disciplines – and have so far included news, features, picture and online editors and journalists.
