COMPLAINANT feedback survey results
Since 2002 the PCC has surveyed all complainants who receive a ruling or whose complaint is settled by mediation. Feedback is also requested from those whose cases were investigated (meaning that we wrote to the editor because the complaint appeared to have merit) even if those complaints were not subsequently pursued.
The publication of the results of those surveys is a performance objective of the PCC to which it has publicly committed. For more information about this and other objectives please see the PCC response to the Governance Review.
