Complaint:
Mr and Mrs Milloy of Lanarkshire complained that a photograph, which appeared in the Daily Record and Sunday Mail, had been altered by the former in order to elicit some form of adverse reaction from supporters of Rangers and Celtic football clubs.

Resolution:
The managing editor of the Daily Record and Sunday Mail was able to produce evidence that this was not the case.
