Ms Rula Lenska, the actress, complained through Daly Pearson Associates that a diary piece inaccurately suggested that she had been acting grandly towards cast members during a play at the Wimbledon theatre.

The complaint was resolved when the newspaper sent a note of regret to the complainant, and a bunch of flowers on her opening night.
