Mr Callum Clark complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published an article reporting on a school trip which included a photograph that he considered to intrude into the pupils' time at school in breach of Clause 6 (Children) of the Editors' Code of Practice.

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph from the online article.
