Mr and Mrs Nick Candy complained to the Press Complaints Commission that the newspaper had published an article reporting on their wedding which contained inaccuracies in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) of the Editors' Code of Practice and included private photographs without consent in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Code.

The complaint was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the online article from the website.
