Mr Johnny Dean, the former vocalist of the band Menswear, complained to the Press Complaints Commission through his representative, Miss Nikki Howes, that the magazine had published a photograph of him in breach of Clause 3 (Privacy) of the Editors' Code of Practice.

The matter was resolved when the PCC negotiated the removal of the photograph from the magazine's website and archives.
