This section houses all of the PCC's annual reports published since 1996.
Biannual reports draw together complaints dealt with by the PCC in a six-month period. They include all adjudicated and resolved complaints, as well as information about complaints where sufficient remedial action was taken by the publication. Biannual reports were produced until the end of 2009. They have since been replaced by monthly complaints summaries which draw together information about all concluded complaints within a given month.
Independent Reviewer Annual Reports
The Independent Reviewer - who deals with complaints about the PCC's handling of complaints - also publishes an annual report about the cases he has dealt with over the year.

Charter Compliance Panel Annual Reports
The Charter Compliance Panel effectively performed an audit function. Its annual reports summarise the findings it made when scrutinising the PCC's work through the examination of individual cases. The work of the Panel was suspended in 2009 to await the report of the Governance Review which published its report in July 2010. Due to the establishment of the Leveson Inquiry in the summer of 2011, some recommendations of the Governance Review were not fully implemented. Therefore, this is an archive of the Panel's annual reports from 2004 until 2008.
